Racing the No. 94 Optima Batteries Red Bull Toyo Tires Ford Raptor, Christopher claimed the Unlimited Class victory at the 2026 Toyo Tires Desert Challenge at King of the Hammers in Johnson Valley, California – stopping the clock at 3 hours, 59 minutes, and 28 seconds across the gruelling 305-mile desert course.

Qualifying second on Saturday, Christopher and his team arrived for Sunday’s main event with a clear strategy. He went door to door off the start, made his way into second early, then tracked down the race leader across a demanding course that tested every truck and driver in the Unlimited field. His run was clean, controlled, and decisive.

The three-peat follows back-to-back Desert Challenge wins in 2024 and 2025, and comes just months after his overall Trophy Truck victory at the 2025 SCORE Baja 1000 alongside Bryce Menzies. The momentum Christopher has carried into 2026 is no accident – it is the product of a programme that has been meticulously built and consistently executed.

The 2026 King of the Hammers was the 20th anniversary edition of the event, attracting more than 770 teams across eight races, approximately 80,000 attendees, and over 2.5 million online viewers. To win the Unlimited Class in this environment, against this field, three times in a row, is a result that speaks for itself.
